Construction is progressing well at Homestead Bay, with several key infrastructure milestones on the horizon as we continue to bring the community to life.
Earthworks
Earthworks have been underway since March and are progressing well across the Homestead Bay site, with expected completion in October. It’s exciting to see the foundations of the community taking shape as construction continues.
Roundabout
The contract for the Homestead Bay roundabout has now been awarded to Whitestones. Works commenced in August and will be completed mid-2027. This important piece of infrastructure will help establish access to the community as development progresses.
Civil Works
The civil works contract has been awarded to Benchmark and Wilsons and is expected to be completed in the last quarter of 2027.This marks another important step towards progressing the next phase of construction.
Completion Target
With multiple major infrastructure projects progressing, works across Homestead Bay are currently programmed for completion in Q4 2027. We look forward to sharing further updates as the development continues to take shape. Homestead Bay is steadily moving from plans on paper to a growing community, and we’re excited to see this vision come to life.
