We’re pleased to share an update on the anticipated settlement timeframes for Homestead Bay, as planning and construction progress continues.
Based on current project targets, settlements are anticipated across the following timeframes:
Stages 1 and 2: Late 2027 to the first quarter of 2028.
Stage 3.1: Second quarter of 2028.
These timeframes represent current project targets and are subject to construction progress on site. We’ll continue to keep purchasers informed as the project progresses and further details become available.
